The catch

  • IPO is confirmed when SEC declares S-1 effective, IPO is priced, or ticker assigned—not when Anthropic announces.
“An IPO is confirmed if 1) the SEC declares the company's Form S-1 effective OR 2) the IPO is priced OR 3) a securities exchange has assigned a ticker to it.” · market rules ↗

Pays out only if

  • Has to happen before October 31, 2026

The rules, in plain English

If Anthropic confirms an IPO before November 1, 2026, the market resolves to Yes. An IPO is confirmed if the SEC declares the company's Form S-1 effective, or the IPO is priced, or a securities exchange has assigned a ticker to it. If any of those events occur, the market will immediately resolve to Yes, even if the company does not start trading until after November 1, 2026.
