This market resolves to Yes if Sesh nicotine pouches are bought or acquired by Big Tobacco between when the market was created and December 31, 2026, 11:59PM ET. Otherwise it resolves to No. Big Tobacco means any of these six corporations: Philip Morris International, British American Tobacco, Japan Tobacco International, Imperial Brands, Altria, or China Tobacco. Name changes of these companies won't affect resolution as long as they remain major tobacco companies. Name changes of Sesh won't affect resolution either. Any acquisition that gives Big Tobacco ownership of the rights to the nicotine pouch product counts, even if they don't acquire the entire company. This includes mergers, asset purchases, or stock purchases. The market resolves according to a consensus of credible reporting.
