The rules, in plain English

This market resolves to Yes if any 1-minute candle for MicroStrategy stock during the week of September 7, 2026 has a low price at or below $110 (or a high price at or above the target for high-price markets). Otherwise it resolves to No. Only prices during regular trading hours (typically 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM ET) count. Pre-market and after-hours prices do not qualify. Prices are used exactly as published by Pyth, without rounding. If there is a stock split or reverse split, the market resolves based on split-adjusted prices shown on Pyth. The target price will be adjusted proportionally. The resolution source is Pyth, specifically the 1-minute candle high and low prices at https://pythdata.app/explore/Equity.US.MSTR%2FUSD. Historical 1-minute candles can be viewed by adding a Unix timestamp to the URL using the "t=" parameter. If Pyth data is unavailable due to outage or technical failure, the official daily high/low from the primary exchange will be used instead.
