The rules, in plain English
This market resolves Yes if any 1-minute candle for MicroStrategy stock has a low price at or below $130 during September 2026, after the market was created. Otherwise it resolves No. Only prices during regular trading hours (typically 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM ET) on the primary exchange count. Pre-market and after-hours prices do not qualify. Prices are used exactly as published by Pyth, without rounding. If there is a stock split or reverse stock split, the market resolves based on split-adjusted prices as shown on Pyth. The target price will be adjusted proportionally for any stock splits. The resolution source is Pyth, specifically the MicroStrategy high and low prices at https://pythdata.app/explore/Equity.US.MSTR%2FUSD, using 1-minute candles. Historical 1-minute candles can be accessed by adding a Unix timestamp to the Pyth chart URL using the "t=" parameter. If Pyth data is unavailable due to a system outage, data failure, or other technical disruption, the official daily high/low price from the primary exchange will be used to determine whether the listed price was reached during the applicable trading session.
