The rules, in plain English
This market resolves to Yes if at any time during September 2026, any 1-minute candle for MicroStrategy stock has a high or low price equal to or beyond the listed price of $190 (above for high prices, below for low prices). Otherwise it resolves to No. Only prices during regular trading hours (typically 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM ET) on the primary exchange count. Pre-market and after-hours prices do not qualify. Prices are used exactly as published by Pyth, without rounding. If there is a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action during September 2026, the market resolves based on split-adjusted prices as shown on Pyth. The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. The resolution source is Pyth, specifically the MicroStrategy high and low prices at https://pythdata.app/explore/Equity.US.MSTR%2FUSD, using 1-minute candles. Historical 1-minute candles can be accessed by adding a Unix timestamp to the Pyth chart URL using the "t=" parameter. If Pyth data is unavailable due to a system outage, data failure, or other technical disruption, the official daily high/low price published by the primary exchange will be used to determine whether the listed price was reached during the applicable trading session.
